I'm pretty sure you'll get it next month if you didn't this month. Actually I was just around the same exp as you at the time I think when I was able. You may have missed out by a few days of depositing.

No. You will never be level 30 (unless everyone ahead of you stops depositing, which isn't gonna happen). :) But don't fret - it's the same for everyone else, too. :)
That being said, it'll take you less than six months to get to level 11 (assuming you deposit every day, of course), and you can get to level 16 in the next three years, for example. Still a lot of time and still not a *very* high level, but hey, you've got to do what you can...

Says who? I mean, it'll take a while, but some people actually have gotten to lvl 30. But they were here for the last 7 years. So lets see...31 years...to 7 years...a huh.
Either way, when you get to lvl 10 or 9, it's still pretty good considering alot of members are around those levels.
