This has been my goal for about a month as when i started on NG i dod not blam or protect a lot so at the start of last month i decided to start i ha donly just got Police Captain then . I don't mind my congrats list being "stolen" - for what it's worth, I actually think that the notion that a congrats list is something that *can* be stolen entire silly, and that's not just because "stealing" for me entails physically depraiving a person of an object. It's just congratulations - you cannot "steal" or otherwise misappropriate that. It's not even a copyright issue (not even in theory), simply because it's not a creative expression of any kind.

For me, the idea that a congrats list can be stolen is just as strange as someone at a birthday party saying "happy birthday!" and then going ballistic when the next person *also* says "happy birthday!" because they said it first.

So whoever wants to copy my congrats lists... feel free to. You're officially allowed to.
