yeah it usually has that effect on people...
I now have a layer of fat over my now decreased overall Peck size and is there a diet that can build muscle, but effectively loose fat simultaneously.
I don't know of any diet anywhere, that will help you build a good amount of muscle while at the the same time losing fat. Cycle your carbs on training and none training days, get a good amount of protein etc.
Furthermore I used to be able to row 40 minutes with breaks in between every solid 20 minutes. I had a serious lower back injury and thus have not rowed in two months. Now I struggle to row a solid 12 minutes and i'm infinitely pissed off.
Help me Newgrounds... I need solid advice. I'm thinking about cutting all carbohydrates from my diet; things like chocolate, pepsi - which is what I refused to eat in my prime. I plan to get back into shape within the next month.
thinking about? these are what you call carbs? man cut this shit, it's not going to help you at all you should only treat yourself to something like a soda or chocolate once a week if even that when your trying to loose weight. get used to drinking diet pepsi, it'll save you in the long run.
I'm taking all things into consideration, and going to the gym tommorow I am going to ask a gym instructor for advice whether he or she is avalible.
wow don't you look up Starting Strenght, or WSFSB, instead of wasting your money on a gym trainer that is going to give you the same workout as a 60 year old lady.
also you should be doing cardio after you workouts at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes or so.
AFTER your weight loss from modifying your diet stops, in other words, don't start doing any cardio until you don't see the number on the scale keep going down.
