Ok... I've sorta been lying to you sorta not... I dont really think im fat and im comforatable with my body the way it is so i probably dont think im actually as fat as i am... Second when i get the chance i guzzle down soda... I have drunken so much over the past year the sugar has given me cavities on like 8 of my teeth (maybe more)... So i'm starting to give up soda so i can have clean teeth...

Good news :D ever since you all have been giving me tips my workout load has like doubled... I dunno why but i've taken all of your advice on eating... A few days ago my doctor (the one who does biofeed back) asked me if i had lost weight... It made me feel pretty good... Thank you all for your advice...
Ok im done all that now... I had another question... Whats the dealy with those energy drinks... The ones with all that stuff that makes them seem good like ginseg or ginsin or something like that... Do you know the energy drinks im talking about? Like the ones Mountain Dew makes... Are they good/ bad/ ok?
