Ok... I've sorta been lying to you sorta not... I dont really think im fat and im comforatable with my body the way it is so i probably dont think im actually as fat as i am... Second when i get the chance i guzzle down soda... I have drunken so much over the past year the sugar has given me cavities on like 8 of my teeth (maybe more)... So i'm starting to give up soda so i can have clean teeth...

Progress Report:

Good news :D ever since you all have been giving me tips my workout load has like doubled... I dunno why but i've taken all of your advice on eating... A few days ago my doctor (the one who does biofeed back) asked me if i had lost weight... It made me feel pretty good... Thank you all for your advice...

Ok im done all that now... I had another question... Whats the dealy with those energy drinks... The ones with all that stuff that makes them seem good like ginseg or ginsin or something like that... Do you know the energy drinks im talking about? Like the ones Mountain Dew makes... Are they good/ bad/ ok?

Well, i don't know what kind of energy drinks mountain dew made, but if you're talking of drinks like Guru, Red bull, Monster and all that stuff, meh. It will wake you up, but i think it doesn't do much more than that. It can be good if you are running do. But not for weight lift. Also, don't drink too much, it can be really bad for your nervous system.

I tried general m bison's workout the day before yesterday and I didn't feel pain afterwords, in fact I felt like I didn't have any arms at all after I finished a couple rounds. But my arms seemed just a tad stronger when they recovered.
I also tried that ab thingy and I got pwned after a round and a half.

I see you have done the work out i gave to you. That sounds very good! I knew thoses tips would help! The crew does need some new faces. We got to spead the word out about some great tips and work outs for a better body and life.

Well done. You dieting? Whats your current weight?

This test is quite good if you want to check if your an ideal weight etc... Even though it doesn't account for muscle mass (which is heavier then fat) its still a handy little test to take.

I'm only 5'6 myself but i'm quite lean. I used to be quite heavier so I went on a diet. I didn't do any of those fad diets. I just didn't eat chocolate,crisps, chips etc for 3 months and I worked out like an animal. I lost a stone and became fitter and stronger.

Has any one got any before and after pictures of themselves? Because there are some people here who have even lost a couple of stone.

Went to the gym today, and I had one of those sessions were nothing felt right.

I did most of the excerises I set out to do, but it just didn't feel right y'know? I don't think I was up for it from the start. Usually I love going to the gym and working out but today I just wanted to go home. Strange.

I've got myself a new gym programme though. I'm doing excerises that will make the areas I aiming for look very riped and toned. I do the following:

chest and torso

Bench Press - 10 reps 2x
Incline Bench press - 10 reps 2x
Dumbbell Flyes - 10 reps
Incline Dumbell Flyes - 10 reps
Seated chest press - 10 reps 2x
30 push ups

Shoulders

Military press - 10 reps 2x
Arnold raises - 10 reps 2x
Bent Dumbbell Flyes - 10 reps
Seated Dumbbell Press - 10 reps

Arms

Concentration curls -10 reps 2x
Hammer Curls - 10 reps 2x
incline dumbell curls 10 reps
Barbell Curls

abs

100 hard sit ups.
Leg raises.

Yes, I do all this in the gym. Its hard work. I don't mean to sound arrogant but when I look in the mirror I feel its all worthwhile as I have a body that alot of guys would want. Its also feels worthwhile when people - especially girls compliment you on your body..

I was at a session the other night and everyone was drinking, halfway though the night one of the girls says to me "hey Mark will you lift up your t-shirt I wanna see youe abs"

I know it might sound stupid but Its times like that when sweating it out at the Gym or at home becomes very worthwhile.
