Yes, it was funny but it's not funny anymore. The funniest jokes are only funny unless repeated again and again. And I don't see what's so funny about it, the first post maybe didn't contain 100% correct syntax (although it works perefectly) and most of the other posts were sarcasm. At least all the code I listed (+ explanations) works, not like some other tutorials, yet you only laugh at this one - why? - because I'm -toast-

The major issue isn't that the tut doesnt use correct syntax, it doesn't even explain what a variable is.

What is a variable?
Variables have been used in flash since flash 5. They can be used... They help you shorten codes...
