So I updated my NG themed Steam skin and added a little more color to it. It's much easier to see the font now, but I'm not happy wih the clan logo for some reason...please compare it with the old one and tell me what's good/bad.
As usual, it'll be hosted on our NG CS:S clan site. For now, you can download the old one here.

It's not the tank logo that has the problem...it's the clan logo...the colors aren't blending in with the background. >:( I NEED PHOTOSHOP SKILLZ.

Problem is, there aren't a lot of colors to choose from. If I did stray from the yellow, it the rest of the text would be un-readable, and non-newgrounds related.

Can you not flop them? Yellow text on orange BG?
Or you could go gray for the BG. If you havn't noticed, the majority of the background here is such a color.

Steam is an engine used to run games made by valve and maybe some other games creator companies i dont know of.
And in steam, you get to choose diferent skins. and arab_alt has provided a lush newgrounds skin for all of us to devour with our eyes!! *yumy yum yum*

I agree. Also, I don't know whether it's just the poor quality, but the orange highlight on the steam quick-menu looks really piercing. Apart from that, good job.

That's what I did with the first one. People were complaining that they couldn't read some of the text, so I changed that.

Problem is, there aren't a lot of colors to choose from, and making it NG related cuts down a lot of the colors.
Pick a color (note that once you choose one, it turns out to be TOTALLY not what you clicked on):
