Basicaly, play MTG matches using fake cards that are NG related.
You can use this site: http://wwwhome.cs.utwente.nl/%...magic/magic_creation.php?l=eng
to create your cards ( download the font too, its cooler), and an image editing program to put them the right size for NG.
HOW WE PLAY:
1-All the rules of MTG apply
2-Its an actual game, not just random creation of images.
3-When you play a new card, post it so its 300 pixels high and easy to read ( you can post more than one at a time if you have too, to minimize posting)
4-Whenever its relevant, post a picture of what the board looks like after you pass priority. Always end your turns with a picture.
5-"priority" is passed when: You declare and attack or you end your turn
======-a combat phase would look like:
p1: I attack *post what the board looks like at moment of attack, including taped creatures
p2: I respond with instants + I block this and this and that, then pass
p1: I play instants and/or abilities of my creatures, end of combat, damage is dealt, creatures die etc
p1 resumes rest of turn, then passes to p2 and posts board position, cards in hand, cards in graveyard, number of cards remaining in deck and life total.
RULES
0-You can’t use real magic cards, aside from basic lands. Feel free to create your own special lands though.
1-Don't create "joke cards" that have abilities that aren't relevant to the game ( like "tap: bans a noob!!!!11lol"
2-Create cards that would actualy be MTG power level and wouldn't be banned instantly by wizards of the coast in type2. That means no "ok I play Ozcar, a one to cast 5/5 trampler with haste and attack you!"
3-Try and make cards that are flavorful, playable and FUN to play and play against.
4-Its ok to react to every situation, but remeber that you have the same number of cards in hand as you would in a real magic game, so you can't indefinately counter everything that happens with lame instants and whatever
5-Power level = current type2 = no cards as insane as anything in the power9 or balance, swords to ploshares etc
6-if you have NO idea what I'm talking about, go away :o
7-If you're not playing in a match, please don't post cards all over the place because it'll get mighty confusing.
8-Once you start a match, please make sure you’ll have time to finish it, because its really frustrating to the other person. Please make sure you update it at least once a day for like one hour.
9- ITS JUST FOR FUN, ALRIGHT? YOU DON’T HAVE TO WIN, JUST MAKE PEOPLE LAUGH AND HAVE A GOOD TIME WHEN THEY READ THIS THREAD
10-whatever I say goes, but I’m not an asshole ;)
