1. how do I increase the tempo at the start of the song? (I turn it up, but when i play it goes back to the way it was)
2. How do I agust the volume? (same prob as with the tempo)
Thanks (for when you anwser)
1: If you mean for the tempo to increase at the beginning, right click on the tempo and it will say something about adjusting it... I don't remember exactly, but it will say that! xD
2: on the top left there are to lever type things and the one on the left controls the volume while the one on the right controls the pitch. (Hope I help)

damnit man, you didn't understand that. im not talking about the volume for instrument, I'm talking about the very top left of your screen. around there there will be 2 things to control the master volume and pitch

Also, the slider tool, music starting slower, then further in the music it goes faster, like Paradise on E by B0UNC3, Arpeggiator help, the tut in FL itself is kinda fage.

I am just thankfull for the link you gave me :D
But the A1 Acid Glis "track" doesn't really work, when i import it to an empty slicer channal in FL, it plays far too fast.
and when i slow down the speed, it says something with restretch.

If it has to restretch it is because it is a premade synth. It has to restretch so it will take up the same number of beats =)

be careful when stretching, it can add artifacts to the audio, which will make it sound crappy

Uuuhm, well thanks for that, but just Acid Glis doesn't work when imported normal, only in slicer channal it works.
and the problem is, i have to slow it down to make it sound "normal", but when i do that, it slows down all music.
just listen to the demo of acid glis, in the bar where you select it to send to a channal.
and i believe i kinda fucked up one kick... but thats not a problem now :D
I just wanna know how to import acid glis right the first time.
i got a question :) what can i do better with my songs? help, anyone?
My songs
Oh it feels so weird to post in here but whatever... usually i figure stuff out on my own but i'm tired now so i will ask one question for now.
How can i use the "effects" in the "plugin presets". I really want to try and add "reeverb" to my piano in my upcoming songs because it has been recommended alot and because i am pretty sure that it will be very greatful for the general appeal of my music.
Good songs with bad samples don't make good songs lol.
Oh and i use FL studio 5, precious info.
Sorry if this was asked before but i didn't bother with reading the whole topic.
maybe throw some FX on them to alter them... either that or get soundfonts

LOL k Ive downloaded VST's off of hammersounds. then I unzipped them, and now I dont remember what I have to do so I can use the VST's in FL studio. Is there a specific way to import them in the program or is there a folder I have to drop these files in or what?

/fl studio/plugins/fruity/generators/fruity soundfont player/
to put in vstis..
program files/steinberg/VstPlugins/ (dont bother putting them in the vsti folder in fl..)
to put them in the.. fl.. way..
/fl studio/plugins/VST/
omg yes thank you thats what I was looking for... sorry I am not quite there with the technical terminology haha!
I have a problem witch tone pitching. I want to pitch an offbeat bass on FL but it doesn't work. But Sounds like FX, Bass, Highet and everything else works.
What I'm doing wrong guys?
I just got it and i want to make a techno song but i dont have the simplest idea on how to make it
i need help a LOT.
I don't think this should be here. But I'm helping you!
1.) Take good samples. Because the genre of the track is really important. For example don't take Hardcore Bass for Trance and sth.)
2.) Think about the "Construction" of the track. (for example first part with mellow, then without, then mellow again and sth like that)
3.) Make it!
