My one suggestion would be to make it just normal background, rather than that purpley-blue thingy. Other than that, everything seems to work fine. One question, though -- why are there two NGTools folders and two programs when I unzip it? Do they do anything different?

Oh there are files because i ermm....accedently put two there. I'll make sure i clear that up.
ok well i got another host just for this download. (its free :( ). The total file amount is like 700 KB and it goes at about 30-50 kbs and that should be quick enough. I belive that if i can't contact -Jacob- about his problem, i'll put the fixed up and sexy-non-beta version on general.

OK, I just downloaded your program from the LockLegion mirror link, so I am testing it now. I don't know if you have updated the file from the one I have, so i'll just make my suggestions based on what I am using at the moment (if you have already fixed these problems, feel free to disregard my post).
The major problem I noted was with the Blam / Protect stats. When I first click on it, it displays the stats fine. However if I want to go back and have another look (after closing the B/P window), it shows all the levels (including the ones I have already passed in negatives).
The actual leveling system seemed ok, except for the fact that it doesn't take Humantargets exp into consideration (pretty much eliminating the point to begin with). Still I understand why this has been left out.
Apart from that, the spelling mistakes were ever so slightly annoying : )
I wil continue to play around with the program, and note any problems in this thread.
Looks good. I can only think of a few things to change and their so minor I'm only mentioning them so that my post here has value.
1. When you create an account, you might want to pop up a message box saying that the account was created successfully or something. It seemed weird that when I clicked OK I was immediatly brought back to the main screen without any sort of confirmation.
2. After I log in, on the welcome screen, you display my information in Text Boxes. Although I'm not allowed to edit them. That's fine, but you could also display this info in labels and change the "BorderStyle" property to 1. This will make the label look like a text box, but you won't be able to place your mouse cursor inside giving the impression that you might be able to change it.
3. I saw that somebody complained about the colors on the forms. Personally I like a little color but then again I'm forced to stare at gray 9 hours a day. You might want to add a common control dialog that allows the end user to change the color to fit their personal tastes.
4. Have you played with MDI forms yet? If you wanted, you could make this program an MDI and allow the user to view both their level up days and B/P days at the same time.

Like I said... none of that is important. In fact it's so minor I had to dig for something to mention. None of those break or effect the program in any way, just things to play with if you get bored. Besides me being picky, it looks great. :)
Ok idlegrounds, I fixed all of the problems that you mentioned ubove but thank you for the review. And i'll take into considiration what you said DroopyA and mabey add something now. I beleive i will release it in mabey 30 minutes.

I don't know if anyone's mentioned/noticed this, but I have a total of 744 experience points, yet the program ranks me as a Civilian.
Yes i fixed all of the above. Includeing adding a nsgbox when you make an account. Make sure you redownload it because i fixed a lot.
