Anyone have any good books that i can read. I want like the time period similar to the count of monty cristo... i dont care if it is a classic novel or not. I just need a new book to read that is of a past time period... but isnt like the whole tolkein type way-back-when with knights and what not (no elves please).
Any ideas? If you have one... post the title and author. So i dont have a hard time finding it.

Thanks alot,

K. Myst Williams

Well, whoever said that the Salmon of Doubt was for extreme Douglas fans were so right, i didnt finish it, it bored me to death, so i bought Isaac Asimovs The Complete Robot, a collection of short stories based around his 3 laws, its a terribly good book. I must say im enjoying it.

Fave author, if you dont know mine by now, go hang yourselves, thats all i can say.

What sort of period do you mean by older times?

Like Crusador period. Like Count of Monty Cristo period. I am not sure what the period is called, but i am sick of modern books, i want and olden days one. So even if it isnt quite that old... it will still prolly do.

At first i was a little skeptical... i was not really getting into the poem... however, the ending was very, very well done. You wrapped up the poem as well as any one could. Overall, i liked your other better.

I've been busy. The time period is a little off, but I still think you'd enjoy them, nonetheless.

The books are the Grail Quest Series by Bernard Cornwell. The titles I have to hand are: Vagabond, Harlequin and Heretic
