I am very sad to hear this. I know that breaking up with some one you care about can really hurt. The best thing you can do right now is try not to do anything that reminds you of him like looking at his pic for hours or listening to "your song" ect. Also DONT try to say it dont hurt because it will. All you can do right now is try to deal the best you can and in time you will heal. If you are up to it try to go out with your friends to take your mind off things for a time. I wish you can help more but only time can really help.
