I know why Chromius left the sig making business. And to be honest, I can't blame him. Sig making used to be fun, and there used to be a lot more talented artists around. But unfortunately, sig makers are no longer respected. We're abused, and taken for granted. Making a decent sig takes time and effort, and a lot of the time, you guys don't even use the sigs that are made for you.
Normally, the requests are stupid, the requestees are ungrateful, and the help is few and far between.
Not that I owe an apology, especially to Squid, but I've just started a new job. Yes, I don't spend as much time on the net, but I try. I'm working on a lot of deviantART stuff, and the coding and graphics for my latest venture. So yeah, I haven't been around as much as I was when I was on the net at work, but at least I still actually make an effort at making the sigs on these request lists, and not just the ones that are in my niche.
I can't promise that I'll be on more than I have recently, but I appreciate the help that some of you guys have been continuing to give me. I'll get another request list done soon, and give a few more sigs a go.
