Hadn't thought of that. Well, I fixed the background color on the poll. I'll have to tell RC to work on the GIF a little more, because it looks a little poor on the darker background.

Wow, lots of stuff this time:

* I found the problem with the Blam/Save Lifetime list. I'm using a different method than usual to save rankings for this list, and apparently I typed a 0 where I should have typed a 1. Problem's fixed, but again, with this update, you need to add 1 to the Rank Change column.
* The ranks in the Reviews list are a little weird. For some strange unknown reason, profiles in a 40,000-number range "disappeared" from the profile list. I've never had this happen before, and I don't foresee it happening again. In any case, the Rank and Rank Change columns on this list are a little off, and the Rank Change column on Wednesday's update will be weird as well. And this is why I keep data backups for each update......
* The first update for the Batting Average list had a couple of hiccups involving a "negative batting average" and some messed-up grade-level definitions. But....since it's such a small list, I went ahead and re-ran the list after I fixed the program, so it should be just fine.
* We had a second person get more than 6 blam/saves per hour! MPA just barely made it over the threshold with 6.028 b/p's per hour, or 458 points since Wednesday. Congrats!

Oh, the joys of new lists. But hey, it's challenges that keep life interesting, no? Enjoy the update!

You've got a slight problem with the batting averages, haven't you? On the NG BA List I'm 14th, on your list I'm 12th. You've got DL-Misteroo missing at 10th and TkyToaster at 13th. The latter I can understand, as she/he doesn't appear to have a profile, but...
hang on, you have DL-Misteroo down at 14th with 3.96... on the NG list, he has 4.00... but his profile says 3.96... confused.. I can't believe someone could drop by 0.04 that quickly. Looks like a problem with the NG list, rather than yours. Hmmm

nice list sk, but it's a pity you forgot me.

I'm beginning to think I'm just blind, but as far as I can see I'm not listed... on any of the lists. My profile says I'm ranked 220, and phileeguy's profile says he is ranked 228. Yet on your list he is 220, and I am somehow unlisted. Any ideas as to what may be going wrong, or am I just stupid/blind? I saw several other things that were weird in that area on the list, such as people who had 0 point gain were gaining +5 rank and so on. Does it have something to do with what you said about profiles disappearing? I read your post from earlier, and it didn't really seem to talk about this particular problem so I thought I'd just bring it to your attention. Unless of course you already know and I'm just acting like a complete idiot.. which is always fun too. =D

Turns out either my connection was having troubles last night, or the NG servers went down for a short period. I noticed the problem first in the Reviews list because one of the affected profiles was in the top 10, but it looks like every list was affected.

If your profile was between numbers 717877 and 747311, then you were inadvertently left off of the lists. I am re-doing the update right now using data from the last update. So...it'll just be like I ran the Sunday update later than usual.

Sorry about the mass confusion, and please ignore any rank data that was on the update I posted earlier. I'll have this problem fixed in a few hours.

I took a quick glance at my code, and I've determined that the problem had to have been with Newgrounds. My code is designed to keep trying to download a profile if the connection is down. The only way it could have rejected that chunk of profiles is if Newgrounds was sending the "server under extreme stress" message. I'm going to build in a tolerance for that message, as soon as I can make it appear myself.
