- If you mean Non-NG characters like your OC's then yes you can.
- Yes, you can upload your work as an art post.

Just one question, can one pick where their drawn lockers are arranged amongst the rest in your game or will they all be chosen by you? I ask with an idea to make two locker designs with both locker doors having matching artworks that'll fit side by side to create a sort of mural, if that makes sense.
