I don't believe it... Newgrounds is like a legendary platform of legendary creations and the beginning for great creators, which has nurtured generations of excellent and creative people...30 years?(actually debatable. If you count from 1991, it will be 34 years...).
I grew up on flash-games and cartoons Newgrounds, so, strangely enough, for me this platform as well as you (address to veterans) is a "valuable" platform. Well, let's skip the moments of excessive nostalgia and other admiration.

It has to be digital and fully coloured, I don't mind if you collab with someone if you don't have access to a computer to help do your linework.

I don't mind small references to them as posters or something as long as it's not the main focal point or it makes sense in the theme-ing of your locker. So if you think a madness combat character would listen to Metallica and the locker is edgy, then it fits the theme well.
