For me, I recently 100% Super Mario Galaxy(i actually did it before, i just don't have the image for that). anyways it can be any game you finished.
This is my current 100% of super mario galaxy:

Think the last game I 100%'d was Sonic Generations and that was back at release.
Other than that Fallout New Vegas was a game I put so much time into I just sort of naturally did everything eventually.
От каждого по способностям, каждому по потребностям
The Dark Souls trilogy, and like always, getting 100% achievements ruins the games due to the pointlessly tedious ones that drain all fun out of it. Farming rare drops for covenant spells for 100% achievements was awful.
The only game I 100%ed was Neptunia Re;Birth 2. Never again I want to grind another Compile Heart title.
Let's see... Well, I did 100% Mario Kart DS one time, then New Super Mario Bros. (which is still new btw), and then there's Crazy Stairs 3.69 before 4.0 releases (ROBLOX game), and Super Mario Bros. Wonder, and Sonadow Generations, and Super Mario 3D All-Stars (which is 64, Sunshine, and Galaxy), and BFDIA 5b (wait, scratch that one out, i haven't played it yet), and Kirby Super Star.
Mouthwashing. As it's very story-based it's not a difficult game to get every achievement of, and it's quite short. Genuinely interesting and engaging story and characters, I liked it a lot.
After that I started playing Baldur's Gate 3. I've completed the game twice and need to beat it at least two more times to get the remaining achievements. I'm taking a brief break (after every run I get a short burn-out of sorts) to wait for patch 8 to drop, which is in a few days from now.
The only game I've ever 100% was the LEGO movie game
I tried to get a 100% completion on Spore Hero Arena, the achievements in that game unlock parts, and also contribute to the 100% counter.
It's a DS game mind you but uh... "Win 10 online multiplayer matches" what the fuck? After hours of fiddling trying to get custom servers to work on my DS systems, I gave up and fled to emulation, two separate computers, two separate saves, two separate BIOs from my DSis, they weren't finding each other despite the server website showed that the game had two users.
Perhaps I need FOUR unique BIOs files, but come on, locking 100% of all things, behind online multiplayer, A FUCKING DS GAME FROM 2009, WHAT THE FUCK DUDE.
I'm still so fucking pissed about that, and afaik no one I seen online has got a 100% completion rate in this game.
Take it with a grain of salt, I am slower than a snail.
Not too long ago I 100% the game 10,000,000. I beat that game on my iPad back in 2014, but I wanted to revisit it via the Steam version before going on to play its sequel: You Must Build a Boat. That game I'm almost finished with, just missing one achievement and a few secrets.
Before that I was chipping away at perfection in Stardew Valley. With mods enabled (SVE, Ridgeside, East Scarp, etc.) right from the beginning. Even if I turn the mods off I'm still missing some golden walnuts and other misc. things that are keeping me away from perfection. Was getting bored at chipping away at it.

Sonic Frontiers, Spyro 2, and Spyro 3. I'm close to finishing Shadow Warrior 3 and X-Men Origins: Wolverine, but I haven't played them recently. I might go back to them after tackling some of my backlog lol.
Horizon: Zero Dawn is the only game I've confirmed to have hunerd prescented.
I'm not one of those folks who really cares all that much 'bout 'cheevos 'n all that, though I do randomly get obsessed about getting full game content that's not just 'challenges'.
100%'d the Sly Cooper Collection for PS3. I think I double dipped and did it again but on the Vita port. I also 100%'d Kirby Squeak Squad and Amazing Mirror. I think I also 100%'d the Spyro Reignited Trilogy.
I got all the cheevos in DeathSpank: Thongs of Virtue but I don't know if that counts as 100% because there's a bit of content that doesn't have any achievements tied to it that I don't remember getting around to doing.
I technically 100%'d Jak 2 but it doesn't really count because the true 100% is more like 102% but the side missions were all garbage time trials so screw that crap lmao.
After I finish a game I play for a couple days trying to get some achievements but I'm always thinking of the next game I want to play and that eventually wins out
I think the only games I ever intentionally did a 100% completion run in are The Warriors for the PS2, and the first two generations of Pokemon.
Hotline Miami 1 on PSVita, Terraria and The Impossible Game on PC... I rarely 100% games, I'm 2 lazy
I don't have many games where 100% means anything, but I suppose getting all Steam achievements counts. I have 100% achievements in The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles, Thimbleweed Park, and Sonic Mania.
I recently did a 100% playthrough of WarioLand 2. I got a Modretro Chromatic not too long ago and have been playing through all the WarioLand games again.
The only game I got all the achievements on is Guts and Glory.
A truly prophetic sig...
I'm surprised no one mentioned getting all 120 stars in Mario 64. Was way easier to do than Mario Galaxy, so good on OP for doing that. But yeah, back in the day as a kid I completed quite a few games. Mario 64, Ocarina of Time, and Majora's Mask, were doable, I did those, and surprisingly, I actually completed Pokemon Emerald. That dex was huge, but I just knew more people with link cables for GBA, and there were more events around giving out the secret pokemon to do it than the OG gameboy games.
Squirrel Stapler. I was very very close with Greg Lobanov's Dubloon, and am trying to work through HL2. I think a couple old HP games as well. I usually don't try to go for it unless I'm really loving it and want to go back for more.
Inside is the only game I think i've 100% all my life, I love it's art direction and I just don't have the time for completing more complex or non-linear games. Omw to 100% Little Nightmares
Getting Over It.
Hot take, but that game is piss-easy once you get a hang of the controls.
Just finished Super Mario World
Not just yet at 100% but I'm at 85% in Crash Of The Titans on PS2. I will 100% complete it because it's a fun game despite the people on YouTube calling it bad. It's just different from the trilogy but a fun beat em up with platforming.
I just today got my Plat trophy in Assassins Creed Mirage. Love the Series and would love to try to get a plat in them all.

I've 100%'d a few games so far- my favorite of which is definitely Fran Bow!
Hydro Thunder N64, after almost 30 years. I lost it when I moved back in 2003 -- or more likely someone stole it for beer money. I finished it last year. Most nostalgic game of my childhood.
