All the Neopets that do have an orange padlock symbol over them are currently on hold. Try looking those and checking if they do have your name under.
Be aware that if you requested the pets and more than 4 weeks went by, you most likely lost the ownership to them, which means that anyone could have claimed them by this point.

The list goes in alphabetical order, so you can search for your Petpets by name on both the Doc and on the clean version of the list. In your case both of your Petpets, Abominable snowman and Barbat, are on the top of the first sheet.

However, HOLDing is technically not necessary for anyone to participate, and you can simply send your entry to me directly without any extra previous fanfare if you want to.
RULES
1- Only one entry per Petpet will be accepted.
2- The recommended size for the image is 512x512.
3- The final image MUST be a PNG with transparent background.
4- As long as your entry has no background you can use any medium for your illustration.
5- Neither AI nor NSFW is allowed in any way, at all.
6- Soft horror/grossness is allowed, but do NOT do anything that may get the rating past T
7- The number of entries allowed must be followed, as well as the HOLD system. Any extra drawings will be ignored, regardless of effort.
8- The illustration must clearly contain the Petpet you're drawing, either its base form or a variation of it (more on that bellow).
9- The Deadline for entries is June 5th, 11:59 p.m. PT.
As an extra note, the limit for entries (both for scouted and unscouted artists) *might* get changed closer to deadline, but until then it shall be respected.

LAST UPDATE
June has finally arrived, and that means the end of the collab is very very close! As a reminder, the deadline for submissions is June 5th, 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (PT). Timezones might be a bit deceiving, so I plan on doing a couple 'Countdown' posts on this thread once Thursday comes so I can avoid as much confusion as possible.
So, in regards to the hold system: As I said at the beginning of May the hold system is no longer going to be in place for the remaining days of the collab. This means mainly 2 things:
1.- All of the Petpets that were previously claimed can now be drawn by anyone, either by the users that had already put a hold on them or by any artist that wants to jump in on the opportunity. It'll be a 'first come, first served' type of deal.
HOWEVER! Due to how much of a busy period the beginning of June is for many, I can and will make exceptions for the people that have already started working on their drawings (as long as you send WIPs to verify it) and for the people that have already done one or more submissions before the ones they have still pending.
And 2.- I will no longer be registering any more holds from here on out. If you were previously not on the list and wish to draw something I encourage you to do so without asking first. Just draw your submission as soon as you can and send it directly.

Unfortunately it does has to be a PNG static image, not GIF.
And if by 'pixelated' you mean pixel art then no, you can do it in pixel art but it can also be a normal illustration.
