A few questions:
- Can I send my entry privately (or via File Dump) and release it later?
- Am I allowed or required to sample the original track? I might not be able to recreate some melodies by ear and there's no MIDI stems
- Vocals: since my track has it. Can I re-record it with my own voice?

You can upload it on File Dump if you aren’t comfortable uploading it, sure.
You are totally allowed to sample the original, if you want me to send some stems I can do that fs.
You can rerecord the samples in your own voice, definitely. That’s a really cool idea!

The song should be done now. Vocals are fully recorded. I made a few cuts to make it fit into the composition.

Okay, we are now past the deadline! I will have all submissions judged and placed sometime within the next two weeks, with a detailed review for each track. Amazing job to everyone who participated!
Those who wanted to create a remix but for any reason were unable to before the deadline— feel free to remix any track on the album, I’ll add it to the remixes playlist! You just will not be eligible for ranking in the actual contest. I might still even leave a judge review though!
