HANDS UP - Rhythm N' Ambush I’d be down to draw Margo since I never drew her before so this’ll be fun:D and if it’s ever fine if I did another character like Ula who’s also in that same animation if not, I can totally understand on doing one lol.

But out off all of them, Otis and Peter Ant would be my top picks.

Y'know, Pod-Chan sounds like a cool idea, I would draw her if I were to enter this. I'd take a look at the list one more time just to be sure none of what you just listed is on there, like Strawberry Clock has already been taken and so is Samurai Asshole. Just a thought!
