That's rough.... Am sorry to hear it, girl. I fell asleep early in the evening (now yesterday) after not getting enough done. Woke up after 10 p.m....now it's about 2 & I'm still going. Do the best you can. If you don't finish the outfit, remember that in 10 years from now none of this will be important.

Being a night owl works out, sometimes.


I slept through much of this Sunday, then I dragged my hibachi grill downstairs & cooked a steak & a couple chicken torso parts. Am also having a nice Spanish red wine...it accompanied the steak beautifully.


Why do I do this at night? For the same reason I do it on Sunday evenings: the leasing office forbids grills for 2nd-story residents. I understand the reasons why, but as I never put the grill near the building or on the patio, I don't commit the stupidity that certain other tenants do.

I think I got… 6 hours of sleep? I’ve obviously had worse and I have nothing to blame but myself for that. I definitely need to work on it cause I’m entering the final month of the semester where things kick into high gear

I ruin my sleep every Saturday and holiday, I genuinely cannot remember the last Saturday where I woke up at a good time. Today, I woke up at 3 AM, i think. Every weekday, I go to school with 3-5 hours of sleep. Sometimes, you start the day off, consciousness and thought as complex as a goldfish, with these small little moments where your head falls down, almost like you are fainting, and you jolt back up. I think it's called microsleep. but after an hour or so, it gets better. These days, I've been trying to fix that.

Not that sleep-deprived right now, but wide awake under the blankets in the back seat of my truck...I shouldn't be. Where I live now a nocturnal lifestyle is probably not as feasible. Maybe I'll adjust...who knows?

hey fellas


I've been doing lots of overnight crunches recently. calculus studies, coding, writing etc.

I've been reducing my intake of sugar/chocolate and eating more fruits. I drink water regularly during crunches and I drink occasionally very small doses of coffee. I feel like a full stomach is not enough, you really need all nutrients, so a complete meal, in order to feel less trashy. I sleep very irregularly and randomly, for random amounts of time


I wonder how long I'll be able to keep this, I need to graduate, somehow

Clearly you're health-conscious, which is good. You eat better than a lot of college students do. If you can carve out a regular sleep schedule once the bulk of your studies are over, then you'll have it made.
