Welcome to the third Newgrounds Video Game Music Challenge!

What kind of challenge is this?
You compose video game music based on a challenge of your choice from the available options. I invited a handful of skilled people from the community to design their own challenges with different themes, criteria, and sources of inspiration.
What do I get from participating?
The challenge designers will comment on every song in their group, and you can expect to receive feedback from other community members. This is also an opportunity to practice composing for games, show your skills to the community, and potentially find work and grow your audience. If a moderator likes your submission, they might feature it on the front page!
How do I sign up?
How do I submit my song?
Rules
I have a question!
Feel free to ask any general questions in this thread so others can see the answer. If you have a question about a challenge, ask the challenge designer. If you expect to submit past the deadline, DM the challenge designer; challenge designers aren’t obligated to review late submissions, but you can ask.
Event dates:
December 2nd: Sign up period begins
February 3rd: Submission period ends

Hi Jukestar, what is your second choice? I may start using second choices soon to get a better balance among the groups.

You don't have to be scouted. I believe you can still get reviews and post links to your tracks.

Hey guys. I just want to let you know that I created a "forum" in the NG Audio Discord server for this event, where you can discuss the challenges, share your progress, and give each other feedback. Although the challenge designers will comment on the submissions after the deadline, it would be great if the participants can also get feedback from each other :)
To make it easier for people to give you feedback, I suggest sharing a WIP when you're 70-90% done, so listeners have enough context to evaluate your track.
