It's actually this game known as Kidpix where you all sort of crazy shit while doing some art. IDK, the vibe just kinda reminds me of it.
Oh yeah, I remember that site too! It was sorta like a kid version of the art programs that we use, you know firealpaca, paint too sai, and krita.

Yeah, I loved doing all sorts of stupid stuff with it, like looking up those weird blue creatures behind as many bricks and metal as possible to then create a spiral to "erase" them.
