Welcome to Abandonware! (not to be confused with the actual abandonware club, which ironically enough has been dormant for 20 years).
I've always found those groups and clubs where everyone makes art and animations of their OCs together to be a charming concept, so I decided to throw my hat in the ring and make one myself. It's like when you're a kid and you make art and games with all your school friends in them, but this time we're all slightly older and more dead inside.
Only real requirements or whatever for being in this club is having a NG account and the ability to draw. Art quality is irrelevant. Doesn't matter whether you're a total beginner or the reincarnation of Lionardo Davinchi, all that matters is that you're havin' a good time with your chums.
