Hey there. I have a bug to report.
Recently I went onto one of my songs, and for some reason I only see one tag.
I was confused when I saw this. I remembered putting more tags in there, so I went to edit tags and I found 8 more that I added.
Can someone please explain why this is happening? And can this please be fixed? Thank you....
I'm on Samsung Internet btw.
Edit: this also applies to pretty much all of my songs :/

Are you adding the tags during the set-up phase of your song, before you publish it, or are you adding the tags after you publish it? Are you using any tools that auto-populate the tags (like how some people use Postybirb for uploading art)? Seems like something isn't updating there but it's especially strange that isn't happening with every submission. If I add and remove a tag from one of your entries it updates to include all the tags, just not sure why they failed in the first place.

I have come across a problem that has to do with Newgrounds Player. I have tried all I knew, including uninstalling the player and "repairing" it. I hope that someone here is able to help. 
Help! I can't upload images to post in Art! When I click the prompt to upload an image, it seems to work fine, but when the image loads it looks like this.
and if I try to post it, I get the following error message:
Even though I can select a thumbnail for the image and see it in the post editor, it's not actually there? This started happening recently and I first noticed it on Pico Day.
(Clicking the upload prompt after the image is supposedly uploaded works)

Hi there. I've been noticing a bug over the past 2 days, where peoples backgrounds don't show up.
The unusual thing about this is that my background shows up without any issues.
This occurs on a lot of devices and browsers, even when I'm not signed in.
Can someone please explain this? I'm very confused with this bug. Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this.... :/

Hi, I’m using my iOS phone to listen to music and this issue has been going on for about 4 or 5 months but I didn’t talk about it as I thought others had the same issue and would talk about it, 1/2 times when I or it automatically plays a song, it works for a few seconds until it stops (usually 3 to 12 seconds) it’s annoying for me because I have to take my phone out to choose a song then I put it back and then I have to take it back again to replay the song, every time I do it works. Would appreciate if someone has a fix or if this will be fixed in an upcoming update, thanks for your time

Is your iPad on the same wifi as your computer and it works on your iPad, but not your computer? What error are you seeing when you try logging in?
