Not entirely sure how to handle suggesting A-rated submissions, but the CHARLOTTES APPRENTICESHIP duology by @ICantSeeHelp deeply impressed me, and deeply disturbed me at the same time:

The pair of them do feature nudity, but its exclusively played for horror, being used to show just how badly Charlotte's pursuit of perfection affected her.

I was going to note that too,
The minimum age just bumped from 14 to 16 recently, which could make it slightly less of a problem.

A second upload from a new up and comer, utilizing 3d and stretch / strange positioning, with effectiveness.
This guy actually has a lot of subs on YT, if you want this guy just posted another teaser for his upcoming short film. It's part one. It's cardboard puppeteering / live action, everything's done hand made and very impressive visuals.
