Very cool! Pixel art is a bit of a mystery to me, but I've seen a few collabs asking for sprites, likely to be put in a game. Perhaps that'd be a route you'd be interested in? Plus, you'd be more likely to meet people more knowledgeable on that medium that I am. There may be related clubs too, or you could start your own thread , asking for tips or feedback.

I have less than 100 fans but over 120 pieces of art. My art barely gets 5 votes, and i am not scouted. I just don't know how massive artists do it.
Today I finished this derivative drawing of Mario 64's surreal castle inspired by the works of the french painter Didier Mazuru.

Fair enough. I guess Newgrounds is a much tougher crowd with high standards. Do you have any tips as to what I should do to continue to up my game and get my stuff on par with other artists?

I'm pretty much as stumped at this as you are...
Though one suggestion I have for you is that your coloring and shading could use more contrast; your shadows and highlights are too subtle.
And your highlights kinda seem all over the place.
