Hey, I made a song a while back in 2013 that used a drum, base and synth sample. I neglected to read the audio guidelines and the forth scenario happened to me when I filmed my appeal. I didn’t realize it was meant to be open and I thought that closing the case would file the appeal only to find out it meant something else after the fact. If there’s any way you guys coul help me delete the song or get my audio uploads reinstated that would be awesome! Thank you. I’ll make sure to take these guidelines much more seriously in the future. My apologies.

^ the appeal itself has since been approved, unsure whats going to happen with the next song I post, so my next song I'll post here before spotify
So I re-uploaded a song that was on my old and deleted account and it got flagged by the system. Both this account and the old account have the same email and password, so that’s proof the song is mine. “Edgeration” I called the song. The old account was called “CarlzKey” if you need to know more information. (I think this appeal form is dead guys.)

If your track is entirely made up of stock loops that would explain why your work got blocked. If you mean an original tune you wrote and used stock instruments and samples, that can probably be republished.

Uploading content that isn't your own composition is considered stealing. When you submit to Newgrounds you are legally certifying that the content is your own work. In the case of NCS music, that's someone else's work.
You can use the NCS music in your own games and movies, sure, but if you want it in Geometry Dash, the creator themselves has to submit it on their own account and also go through the same appeal process until their identity is approved, since these tracks are commonly stolen in the way you just described.

It's very possible the artist has distributed this beat to digital streaming services. which will cause the copyright checker to snag on it. All you need to do in a case like that is show the artist's free-for-use license in your appeal.

I see that you are using Music Maker Jam. I REALLY don't recommend this program for the fact it allows you to buy sounds which by their very nature you cannot share outside of the MMJ community according to licensing.
If your music is not entirely made up of loops and is in fact your own writing, you can upload it here (the MMJ licensing terms provide for commercial use up to 5,000 dollars). Otherwise, if it is in fact only loops from the MMJ library, or all loops in general, it violates our terms of service.

One of the music I released at the time led to my account being flagged for copyright, there was an appeal forum and from there I learned I wasn't supposed to be using samples when I'm uploading here and still to this day I am unable to post any music and I'm assuming its because I closed the forum by mistake, is there any way I can get access to uploading music again?

I made music, and published it here, I was blamed by the bot for copyright but I had made it. I had made a couple songs before the one that caused this, and it has been about 6 months by estimation since I messaged my private feed. When click on the option to upload audio, one of the things it says is this: "Your audio has been matched to 'Fork Three: Stage Four', by Ben Chase."
