definitely. I havent done any skate animations myself, yet, but I've done a fair bit of my own stuff.
any of the skate animations by mraw would be my favorites, but adrenaline in particular.

I'd go with at least 24 fps, but the dimensions sound good. If I were to make a skateflash, it'd be pretty 'experimental' because I absolutely SUCK with sticks. seriously. but yeah, that would be fun.
