If I'm recalling correctly, that's one of the trainers from the enemy team in Pokémon Black and White. So it seems like he has a "I actually like you" moment after the victory, or something. I don't know the context, haha.

I have a phrase kinda similar for my life decisions:


Life is 50% actions, and 50% perspectives. Sometimes, your actions need a perspective to make sense. Sometimes, your perspectives need actions to make sense

Being 100% alive means taking a 50% of actions and having a 50% of perspective
