Just ran across another case - played through all of Green Zone in Ruffle, and didn't get a single medal.
On a somewhat different note:
Game freezes at the preloader in both Ruffle and NG Player. There's a functioning .swf on Flashpoint, which could work as a replacement.

Did some deeper digging into that ZIP, and found the SWF itself. Ruffle can't parse the file, so you'll probably need to ask BlueMaxima or someone else working on Flashpoint to work out how they got it working.
Just note, Flashpoint uses a proxy server to get some games to work, that's the case here.
Doesn't mean we can't fix em though
