I'm not sure if this is the correct place to report an emulation issue with Ruffle... but...
Seems to totally bug out for me when I complete the first level and try to move on from the results screen.

Ran part of a loop. Camera is in an incorrect position (too far up and to the left) in Ruffle.
Found the same issue here - the camera's up and to the left of where it should be here as well.
Not sure exactly what's going on, but I suspect there's a common cause here.
Found this had the same issue in Ruffle. That makes three separate Flash files where Ruffle puts the camera northwest of where it should be (or is the movie southeast of where it should be?)
Still unsure of the cause, but I'd recommend investigating this further.
