I tested a lot of The Drawing Grounds in Ruffle, including its art portal and playing through a turn of a game - I think it's ready to go!

Just tried it - the only thing I had trouble with is the brush size slider is incredibly difficult to use on mobile, otherwise I was able to play through a turn just fine!

Just played newgrounds rumble and it I ran into this problem where the main menu won't show up and I'm stuck looking at the background of whatever stage I was in after completing the game with any characters or quitting. Sorry.
