Just for clarification: Do thumbnails count towards the submission Guidelines? (in this case the Movie Guidelines?)
Or is it just no illegal/hateful crap or non-A rated nudity?
AFAIK, they do not have their own set of guidelines.

This is a tough one that feels like it has to be considered case by case. In the case of this movie, the AI slop thumbnail kinda works for me, while in other cases I would replace the AI thumbnail. Do you think it should keep the current thumbnail?

But by this point, people already noticed.
Maybe AI thumbnails aren't such a big focus.
