How can I download .swf files (especially old flash animations) from Newgrounds?

if you are using chrome so the steps are this
- Press F12 to open the developer tools
- go to the search panel and search .swf
- find the link with ungrounded.net and has .swf in it
- make a new tab copy and paste the link and put the link on the new tab
- when installed google will alert that the file is possibly a virus, so press the yes button (unless you get the .swf on a dirty website)
- Done, now you just find a flash player that you can play without using browsers like NG Player

This can be done in Firefox.
1) Open the page with the flash game on it.
2) Right click on the outer boarder of the page or any place where there is a blank space.
3) Click on View page source
4) Click on the three bars in the top right corner of the browser, open Menu and click on 'Find in This Page'
5) search for ungrounded.net, you should see it is a part of a line that contains an HTML link ending in .swf Like this example, (var embed_controller = new embedController([{"url":"https:\/\/uploads.ungrounded.net\/685000\/685958_example-game.swf?f1482003019","is_published".etc. etc.)
6) Highlight just the link, like so 'https:\/\/uploads.ungrounded.net\/685000\/685958_example-game.swf'
7) right click on the highlighted link and 'Save Link As' to save the file to your drive.
8) All Done!

Flash Forwarder Tools has an option to download the swf by just providing the submission id

ZIP because your game isn't flash, is HTML5 also is a little more harder to emulate HTML5 games you need a local web server like Miniweb which is simple and cost nothing

What no you go to the game you to download then right click on your mouse then click on view page source then when in view page source you click ctrl and f then you will get a small box on the right top of your screen then in write swf in the small box then you click enter in the small box then keep click enter until you see this url :https:\/\/uploads.ungrounded.net then you copy the url until the swf part then you put it in url bar then you downloaded your swf then you click keep then that all

trying this on msedge,its not working. specifically,im trying to download newgrounds rumble. there is a link with ungrounded.net but its a HUGE link and searching it comes up with nothing
