Howdy, ive been using newgrounds for a loooong time. but i have never been in the forums. well, a friend and i just finished the first level of our first game. i am doing the art, although im not great. It is posted on here (of course), so check it out. I am so glad to have a place like Newgrounds.

Hi I am Rex. 20 years old from Canada. I'm trying to learn how to draw. I used to have good skills when I was younger when I was forced to take art classes, but I have neglected them because I was a stubborn little shit going through puberty. I'm paying the price for it now because my skills aren't developed. I believe I have a decent amount of knowledge of techniques and whatnot but because of my shitty skills I'm essentially starting from square one.

I used to visit Newgrounds when I was young and only recently discovered it again when I found out it was asking for donations. I think this is a wonderful place and I'm happy to support the site. I hope that soon enough I can contribute more through my artwork.
