So, I'm not sure if I can still do this because I've been on NG for almost a year now, but I only ever really used the forums to report stolen audio submissions and one or two other things, so I think I can do this. Well, it was mainly a joke, but I was precaustioning the person that General can get a little rough sometimes (even if it's nothing like the 06 era anymore) and that if the person can take it, then all the better.

Hello Rossigan, and Welcome to NewGrounds. You can upload any film/animation to NewGrounds as long as you make it yourself. It must be an original creation.

I’ve been a longtime lurker and i finally decided to make an account! I’ve mostly made pixel art for myself but I’m interested in approaching it from a more disciplined perspective. I don’t have a lot of experience in professional practice, but I’m interested in branching out and collaborating with other creators.
