Bumping any old topic without a good reason and new information.

The idea behind it is that we don't want you just cluttering the front page of any given board with topics from 2002 unless you have a really good reason for it. Replying "LOL" to something funny that some guy a decade ago isn't a good reason to bring a topic back from the abyss.

As long as it stays on your dumping grounds, I'm pretty sure it's fine, but you can't upload submission on to the portal that aren't yours.
