It's endless, isn't it? A quick search and you crop up with more. I had one guy try to tell me today that we don't know the GD users' struggle, and that people would stop uploading stolen songs to Newgrounds if the GD creator partnered with SoundCloud, or that they would stop doing it when their favorite artists came to NG, or if RobTop made a deal with their favorite artists to come up with new levels.

Raises some serious questions with me. What struggle? Not being able to jump over triangles with a sidescrolling cube to a Skrillex song because someone hasn't stolen it successfully yet? What, they'd rather go to SoundCloud because it's easier to pirate songs there? Instead of harassing their favorite artists to come to a site that probably never crosses said artists' mind, they think by uploading songs repeatedly, they're going to get them to upload them themselves?

All this just highlights how entitled the culture of smartphone and tablet users (and youth) has become lately. People discover NG through GD, don't give a shit that by uploading stolen songs for their little fix, they're causing a ton of legal problems, and blame the system when they can't get away with it. Other communities don't matter until they get in the way of what's on that little screen.

Did uh... did my posts from pages 79 and 80 not pop up? It's been a week and nothing has been removed from those posts.
Not rushing or anything, it's just that mods have been active here and yet it seems i was ignored.

Ignored? No. We try to keep up with stuff, but we mods don't get paid for this. We're all people with lives and jobs. And I can tell you that audio mods have the largest chunk of work. it's easy to tell if a movie or image is stolen. Audio takes a little more researching, tho.

I will also say this: large posts are most likely to get missed, because if you start on a list and then run out of time, another mod might start, see that things have been removed, and not finish the list, assuming it's been completed. Often, I don't start the large lists if I know I can't finish them. Other mods may be similar.

So, yes, sometimes, things do get missed. But, it's always ok to post reminders like this.

I'm short on time tonight, so I won't be able to get to those this evening. If they're still there later, tho.... ;)

This screams weird to me. Usually, the "Official" channel on YouTube is outright the same artist, or that artist's manager, etc. The fact that he's saying he won't answer emails at the email listed on the SoundCloud, the links are oddly posted, and he seems to be a relatively famous artist (compared to say, me) screams that this isn't him. Very dodgy. Needs some research. I mean, how hard is it to find out where someone lives, their age, and full name if you grab their facebook profile? Plus, one of the song names is misspelled.
