This screams weird to me. Usually, the "Official" channel on YouTube is outright the same artist, or that artist's manager, etc. The fact that he's saying he won't answer emails at the email listed on the SoundCloud, the links are oddly posted, and he seems to be a relatively famous artist (compared to say, me) screams that this isn't him. Very dodgy. Needs some research. I mean, how hard is it to find out where someone lives, their age, and full name if you grab their facebook profile? Plus, one of the song names is misspelled.

In a way I agree, but in another I know we're shooting ourselves in the foot. Look at the Pentatonix who made it big on YT. They regularly do covers. The reason we're getting reamed is because we don't instantly fork over royalty money demanded by these ridiculous copyright policies, and places like YT mindlessly accede to their demands because either way, they make bookoo bucks.

Looks longer than it really is. I'm noticing some of the songs I've reported earlier are still kicking despite others in the same group being removed, yet clearly breaking the rules. Also seeing more stolen submissions in Spanish slipping through the cracks despite saying stuff like "la cancion no es mia" and denoting other authors.

If you want to help more, stuff you can search for is "not mine", "copyright", any popular artist names, "geometry dash" or "for gd", etc. Make sure to inspect them all really carefully, or you could get a false positive. Some people make songs specifically for GD that aren't rule infringing. Some stuff is copyrighted to the NG submitter in question. The most common infringing stuff you do find is people blatantly saying a song isn't theirs, naming the artist in the title, using a popular artist's acapella, or if you're lucky, being dumb enough to tell other people to hurry up and scout or talk about being banned for submitting.
