I'm hearing loads of loops at the drop (which can't really be called a drop anyway). Mainly the drums but the synth melodies seem pretty repetitive.

Also http://iwannabethecollector.newgrounds.com/audio/ is all either stolen or using tons of loops which he took from other songs.

If the mashup in question hasn't been remixed by the user with his own input, and is basically a bunch of songs with a scratch effect or crossfade in between them, then no, it's not allowed.
