I do not want to discourage efforts in this regard, and it is amusing that it's one of @G2961's works, but I think any discussion about determining "guilt" and the exact title stolen is a bit moot when the mini-description (which shows in the "embedded NG-boxes" as well as the search) reads "hopefully its not copyrighted". ;)
They make it painfully obvious that they never read rule #1: "You must be the owner and creator of the work you are submitting."

I lack expertise in this area, but regardless of "stolen or AI", and other typical telltale signs of somebody not knowing what they are doing... It "sounds like a mess"! Even in nobody who knows how to report submissions on NG had ever laid eyes on it - I highly doubt that thing would ever have made its way into GD...
I hate that typical representatives from that "community" do not communicate. Others could have told the account holder "no chance in hell" or "have you ever heard of polish?", saving everyone the trouble...
(Sorry if I sound "a bit" too annoyed at the moment. I just re-read a certain part of the description of CLOUDS DIVIDE (PENULTIMATE MIX) and it's people like those two uploaders that make it hard for me to remember that I do not hate everybody...)
