you need to show a link to the copyright of the song in this case.
remember in school when the teacher told you to show your work to get full marks? same rule here
showing your work will help you exponentially in this case because it will make you prove your own work before you submit a flag on a submitted piece. it also makes it so much easier for the mods like @pingu who have to deal with people that get falsely flagged, and then have to prove or un-do bans or write reports or deal with things that turn up into falsely flagged materials.

I just thought that someone in the English NG community had heard this track, but I sent a photo above where it says that this is a commercial track from Eldzhe and MORGENSHTERN.
As far as I know, mashups with licensed music are also prohibited, but MORGENSHTERN music is such.
Also, a mashup with the song DULO from the same MORGENSHTERN was posted on NG. And this track is copyrighted. Almost every track of his has copyrights, except for his oldest tracks.
I can also say about A4 - Kids and #1. They also have copyright rights, since these tracks are posted on Yandex Music. You can upload tracks there only through a distributor.

This track is also copyrighted. I will get tired of sending screenshots where it is indicated that the track is commercial and distributed under some kind of license. You can check for yourself, all the tracks that I sent to this discussion thread have copyrights. If a track is uploaded to at least one music platform, then it is copyrighted (except SoundCloud, because you can upload the track there yourself)
