Patience, son. There's a lot to do. Sometimes, there's more research needed than the user provides so we have to do that ourselves. And, someimes only 1 submission is flagged, but the "thief" has multiple submissions thru multiple Portals. Or maybe we discuss a flag in the mod forums. No flag gets lost. They sit there til we handle them, even when it's not instant. Yes, things posted here may get handled a bit quicker, but that's cuz we need to remove them to avoid other people jumping in and flagging your work. Also, to avoid the "hey this was flagged DAYS ago and so why is it still here?!?!?!" posts.
