That took a lot of work but I went through his whole profile and removed around 2/3 of it. He makes covers which is alright and all, except in a lot of the covers it was him playing over the original song, which is a no-no.

This one was already reported earlier. It's actually legitimate, despite literally being full of suspicious stuff. The story is that he made a song called Friction and a song called Fractal a while ago. He wanted to use his own song Friction in a Geometry Dash level, and so he edited it to make it shorter and reuploaded it, but accidentally called it Fractal. This confused me for a while since I saw that the full version of Fractal sounded nothing like his edit, but it turned out what he edited was Friction, not Fractal, and just named it wrongly.
He states the VSTs he uses, has a SoundCloud account and doesn't seem to have anything suspicious-sounding in his audio. I have no idea what the review is talking about, either. It is his, as far as I know. Shazam and SoundHound brought up no hits. He just seems like a legitimate (and rather good) music producer that didn't do a good job of making himself look legitimate haha.

OK I'll be honest... he has a HUGE profile of hip hop music using samples from all over the place. That's Kate Lesing vocals. Those came from a sample pack that costs money. If he'd bought it, he'd be OK to use it, but their licence still requires that you credit the original source of the vocals, which he failed to do, so I've removed it.

Nothing special really. Sometimes I google popular artists or suspicious keywords and tag "site:newgrounds.com" or quote "Newgrounds Audio Portal", and others I use the Audio search. Turns up something useful 9/10 times. Skrillex seems to be the most ripped off in the EDM genres, but I also look for popular songs, soundtracks, and artists, Magix Music Maker, terms like "not mine", dashes, "by", and other things audio thieves tend to say in descriptions and titles. It might result in me reporting a song or two others have found, but it works. I'm always happy to do my part.
Speaking of, here's some more backlog for you. I might as well start separating it by the artists ripped off, lol.

That's what I was going for, but it seems people are getting a little wiser to the fact that they can't steal songs outright without someone noticing. More common is the deliberate sampling.
