It can just be an honest mistake on his part. He might've not known that it was stolen at that time. Plus I don't think a user should be banned because of one bad scout, he might've scouted a lot of good users too. So I just think that it would be unfair to judge him like that based on just one mistake on scouting (Unless he scouted a lot more users who stole songs). That's just my opinion on the matter.

It's best not to "@" them unless you want them to know where to check to see if they've been reported, or to give them suggestions on how to improve their ability to blend in. When you @ them, it pings them with a link to this thread, and if we point out what they did obvious or well, they (and others) know how to fine tune their thievery.
