Incorrect. There have been instances where it looked suspicious and was posted, just to find out that it was stolen when someone else following the thread was able to identify it almost immediately. In the most recent case of this happening, @StaticSkull2 identified the song as Stillborn Grave (I think that was the song title) by Infant Annihilator.

If someone has a link to Stillborn Grave I can take a listen, I just get results for Soil the Stillborn when I look it up.
Just a note, there was a similarly named user (same name -Music) who had 12 songs since 2018 but self-removed them. I'll look into this a bit and see what I can find out.
At this time nothing is jumping out as obviously rule breaking so I'm going to clear the current flag on it but we'll keep looking at it.
