Using a song from another creator I think is fine, but uploading their song onto Newgrounds seems wrong. In the YouTube Description it was stated that it was a commission. Where is the ruling on commissioned songs?

For anyone who wants to find the original sources easier, there is a mnemonic Russian keyboard for Windows which will allow you to type out more or less the sounds you hear in Cyrillic alphabet. Of course helps if you know the language, but thought I'd share since more often than not, typing latin letters will just give you Polish. On Windows, it's an easy switch of SHIFT+TAB between the languages.

For crying out loud I don't use premade loops and samples, I make my own instruments.
And as for Magic Music Maker, it's the proper version and not Jam.

Ouch.We've had tons of problems with Magix users in the past. The policy used to be just to straight unpublish, but like you mentioned, that was with duplo MMJ submissions. Is this issue still ongoing with unpublished audios? Shoot me a PM and I'll take a look.

Audio has been double checked. I ended up removing tracks earlier this morning while going through a long list of songs that had been flagged recently. Seems I accidentally skimmed over the notes for 4 of the 5 flags incorrectly. That being said, Honkpilled is staying unpublished as mashups are not allowed, please keep that in mind for the future; thank you. Ban has been removed, resent a scout invite to fix the screw-up for the 4 that shouldn't have been removed this morning.

It's a rare case, but lets not forget software like Garageband, Soundtrap and even Magix can be used on a legit way.
Most people rely on the audio clips libraries built in the software (which it's indeed against the rules), but there's some rare instances, when people use the built in vsts to make original work.

Actually, how exactly did you verify visceralsounds, @LexRodent ? Because this seems like an obvious impersonator to me. One thing being they claim to have "forgotten their youtube password" and that they'll make a new one, even though about a week after this was said, Viscerality's videos went private. Not to mention, the Forgot Password function would have been very helpful, so they're not using it for a reason.
Also, "Gorjeo" is Spanish for Twitter. Viscerality is Hungarian, according to this release bio from Glitch Hop Community:
Glitch Hop Community releases an extremely banging 3-track EP called “Intervention” produced by the Hungarian Viscerality.
Also, they never made a new YouTube. In those author comments the first link takes you to a YT channel that is also related to this channel that also happens to be Spanish, and they "don't know if they're real or fake" (visceralsounds' NG account) as said in one of their comments made on the Discussion tab of Viscerality's YT
