Yes, most of the accounts will end up with a ban, but its up to the mods to determine that and/or severity. It does happen that people are wrongly accused. Bring it up, but please keep it civil and on track.
As for auto banning: nah. There are hundreds of accounts made per day, of which the vast majority will either not interact with the community, or will stay in the rules. Many accounts are made or logged into from shared spaces (libraries, free wifi) which means they might share (briefly) an IP with someone else.
If I break the rules and get a ban, my room mate shouldn't get auto-banned for living in the same house. We'll continue to moderate using the human touch.

That's allowed. If you create something completely yourself, and don't use any "borrowed" stuff in the process, that's fine. Here’s a funny story. I first heard about this guy when playing a Geometry Dash level with Panda Eyes and Teminite-Highscore. I was able to download the song. A while later, I found out that the song had been removed by the NG moderators. I was originally pretty mad at the moderators for taking away a great song(until I realized that they were simply doing their job). But, I forgave them not long after. Then, I looked into this guy’s profile and found out that he couldn’t make an original song to save his life. Then again, he’s a college student from Chile. College kids don’t really know the work that goes into making a song.
I really didn’t want to do this. I love this song and thought this guy was the actual creator. Too bad it’s actually stolen from None Like Joshua.
