Okay, so you authored the Soundcloud version is how I understand it. I think there's a misunderstanding here.
A song (submitted here) was reported in 2015 as using elements of the soundcloud linked track. The song (from here) was removed. The soundcloud link isn't my business, as Soundcloud is a separate entity.
Unless I'm grossly misunderstanding this, you authored the soundcloud version. So nobody is accusing you of theft, but rather, 3 years ago someone tried to rip off your song and the mods at the time intervened to protect your intellectual property.

Mike Sobel wrote the original guitar instrumental in the morning 4 years ago. we contacted one another, I asked permission to use it and to split the authorship 50/50, and compose a new song around it. Yes. Mike did post to SoundCloud, and many people did versions of it, but mine is the only one that he chose to have published, after I authored 80% of the production and musicianship on it, adding organs, synthesizers, drum machine, and tons of other things. Then. I copyrighted it, gave him 50%,wrote the original guitar instrumental in the morning for years ago. We contacted one another, I asked permission to use it into split the author ship 50/50, and compose a new song around it. Yes. Then. I copyrighted it, gave him 50 %, published it, and it's now on iTunes, Pandora, Spotify, and count was others. It is our song. The accusations should be deleted and taking down.
