DragonForce cds are good, but deceitful.
And the whole 'wow they're drunk and funny live' wears off after seeing them once or twice.

the way they sound live cancels out any lulz that they may generate by falling off the stage...

I don't see why everyone disses DragonForce, I got a taste for power metal by listening to them. And Operation Ground and Pound is my brother's favourite song...EVER. When I had to do a French assignment about my favourite celebrity, I chose Herman Li. (It didn't do him justice, however. Me being shite at French, and all)

All though, as the years went on, I had to say that Axel Rudi Pell (And 3 Inches of Blood, Symphony X, Turisas and The Sex Machineguns) replaced them as my favourite power metal band.

When they're not drunk off their arses and have actually tuned their gear properly, they put up a pretty solid performance. Like at the Download Festivals they've been at, and...(flicks through list) that award ceremony doofer.

In other news:...Holy shit, there's no other news!

Sorry for not posting.
I am losing a love for black metal, it's becoming all death and thrash with me now. Someone recommend a single good song?

I've been to the last two, and they sucked both times :P.
They're a shoddy live band.

Strong as a Rock-Axel Rudi Pell
Break Stuff-Limp Bizkit

When I heard about Trivium I was told to download that, and I hated it. I just did. I don't care if you lot say that 'it's good music I just don't like the band', I just hate what they do. To me their music is mellow and gives me a headache.

I had a killing music list, deleted it though. It had it all, including classical.

Have you seen the 'Betcha Can't Play This' vid they did?
That was so bad. If I was in there position and knew I couldn't cut it when taken away from a studio, I'd be honest about it and wouldn't go up against people like this:
Chris Broderick 'Betcha Can't Play This'

Yes, yes I have.

And I don't see why everyone uses that vid as evidence that they suck. All that I saw wrong with it was a few little hitch-ups on Sam's tapping, that was it.

And were they right? The name of the game is: "Betcha can't play this'. They're right, aren't they?

I certainly can't play it.

If you're making a joke that DragonForce can't play it.... then you're very correct... and have a Rolf point.

If not, and you mean no one could play it... then you're a silly. Sam's tapping thing was extremely easy.
And Herman's sweep wasn't cleanly played.

I like them, there just not one of my favourite bands. I don't like bands that slip into mainstream metal, thats why I don't like Bodom anymore, theyre too arrogant, and they sound shit now.

You have the grammar skills of a porcupine, do you know that?

Anyway, Mr. Nev...If that IS your real name (which it obviously isn't). I'm fucking sick and fucking tired of arguing about DragonForce.

Sure, they can be drunk at times...And by times I mean from 9 am to 12 am. And hell, maybe even sloppy. And i'll even go as far to say as that they aren't brilliant. But I live in a world were, if I can't do something worthwhile...I will not critisize others for doing the same thing, successfully, but poorly.

End statement:
DragonForce are the shit, you suck, goodnight. (realises it's only half 10)

This leaves time for some Guitar Hero 2!
