All I'm saying is that the once badass, tough-to-get-into Metal Hell has become a place where anybody who posts the most basic, general mallcore list can get in. It shouldn't be that way. At least set some sort of post limit - 200 post minimum or something. MOAR TUFF!

I guess we have a problem then because I think Pantera is one of the most overrated and bland bands ever to hit the mainstream.
Also, noob.

We're all for the education of noobies too though.
But I think that only swings so far.
And while a post count thing is silly, a persons conduct should be taken into account. And this new guy reeked of noob.
Ghoul would of sent that guy packing.

I concur.

Sorry about that I was going to correct your sentences by placing the correct spellings under the words that were misspelled lol. Though, it backfired horribly for it somehow autocoaublatedmickjabulated (for lack of betterwords) the format lolol.
I was just fucking with you in short.
Though, it made me look like a n00b, I failed.

Eh, it's good that you're nice and generally lenient to an extent, because you're helping one of the purposes of the hell, which is to educate and teach everyone who has not been introduced to less mainstream metal.
Also, everyone calm down and shut up about the MH acceptance qualifications.
And just like that....he was gone...
Sorry bout double post I was Trying to see If my signutre work It Should work now

Agreeeeeed.
Anyone like Darkane?
This signature makes use of various clichés and/or 'emotional' lyrics/quotes, hopefully it makes me appear deep.

deffinatly with out the Metal Hell i would still be listening to slipknot, killswitch engage, metallica, and iron maiden alone, now 4 years on i listen to 192 different artists from more or less all the genres (with a purposeful lack of bands from the thrash and metalcore genres) to reach the pinnacle of the metal experience you need to travel through the circles of the hell to reach enlightenment

listened to some they seem alright im not a huge fan of the vocals though tis a bit middle of the road in my mind (without the intention of starting some sort of this genre is better then that genre war)

so whats happenin?
You need to post ya favourite bandies Matthew baby. At least 10.
Then the highers shall let you in. You're a shoe in though my friend.
a shoe in? what? lol
right:
1. Opeth - because they own your face, and you know they do. Theyre just amazing.
2. Liquid Tension Experiment - Instrumental Dream Theater, what more could you ask for?
3. Dream Theater - Because they can all seem to be playing solos at once and still sound good. The lyrics are great.
4. Children Of Bodom - There first 2 albums only, because they had a better sound and had something to prove. Don't talk to me about 'Hate Crew Deathroll' or 'Are You Dead Yet'.
5. Blind Guardian - Mainly for a few songs, namely 'And Then There Was Silence', 'Into The Storm' and 'Nightfall', just because the texture couldnt get much thicker and it can shiver me timbers.
6. Metallica - made me pick up a guitar. First 3 albums, and the songs 'One' and 'And Justice For All' are great.
7. Adagio - Like a young, developing Dream Theater.
8. Tool - Ive been listening to the Lateralus album alot at the moment, lyrical and percussional excellence. Along with Metallica, got me into this sort of music, but Ive only recently unearthed them.
9.Paul Gilbert - Rusty Old Boat. Nuff' said.
10. Riverside - easy to listen to, atmospheric, not excellent musicians, but OK nonetheless.
